No Upcoming Trainings At This time
If you’ve landed on this page, I just want to start by saying that I see you.
I remember feeling all alone when starting my nonprofit and very few people wanted to take the time to speak to me.
I know the feeling of wanting to hire a consultant but the price point seems out of reach
I have experienced the disappointment that comes when those around you don’t see the potential of where you’re headed.
I’ve entertained conversations with people that I love who felt that I should keep my “good job” and play it safe because they wanted the best for me.
I can't wait to meet you!
I needed a community that believed in me. That truly wanted to see me succeed. I also would have loved a Founder/Executive Director network that I could
bounce ideas off of.
As “The Mentor’s Mentor,” I created this community so that social entrepreneurs, especially Black women, who are typically underfunded and who lack the social capital, can position their youth organizations for bigger impact, bigger dollars, and bigger networks.
You don’t have to choose between your heart’s passion and money.
You can have a professional career that’s also internally fulfilling.

"Sometimes in Leadership you get a little stuck in your vision of which way to go next well, I met with the Amazing Jamila Trimuel for a Let's Get Clear - Strategy Meet Up. As a result of our meeting my vision became very clear. I was given the tools to jumpstart my agency into 2021 with Fire and Zeal. I'm looking forward to Part 11. If you are seeking a Vision Strategist Jamila is just that. Her passion and vision of Leadership & Community is intentional and strategic. Thank you for waking up the beast in my belly. "

How much can you really get out of a one-time session with Jamila? Way more than I could have ever imagined.I have been inspired by her from afar, but during our call, I had an opportunity to receive her pour as an authentic, self-less leader. As a new nonprofit leader, I had many questions and Jamila shared relevant practical tools that would help not just my organization, but help me personally be a more effective leader. The clarity call was informative and fun . After that meeting , I gained a renewed focus on my "WHY" , and left knowing that I could S.O.A.R. Thanks Jamila for helping to unleash the eagle within me.
I am truly grateful for my pick your brain session with Jamila. She is truly an expert in the nonprofit space and she helped me gain clarity on how to establish roles within my organization, how to engage our mentors and the parents of our meetees. What I loved most during our time was the strategy but also the execution and next steps. Together we created a plan to not only help me as a growing leader but a plan to help my organization prevail as a whole. Jamila is very knowledgeable, and she shared a few of her processes with me. She was very transparent about the area of opportunities for growth within her own organization which helped me put things in perspective. This session really opened my eyes to new ideas, concepts and areas of improvement not just for my organization but as a growing leader. Jamile is the goat and thank you for being you and truly providing strategy to help us grow effectively and efficiently. If you are a nonprofit leader and need some insight, wisdom and organizational structuring, I encourage you to schedule a "Pick my Brain" session with her.
